Responsibilities

Reporting to the VP, Client Partnerships, the Client Partnerships Coordinator will help support the Client Partnerships team by creating, tracking, and managing materials, proposals and presentations for our leading clients across the NBCUniversal portfolio. The position will support the day-to-day activities and partnership between the Client Partnerships, sales, and marketing teams to drive revenue and grow our clients businesses.

Responsibilities

Work with VP, Client Partnerships and team to create, develop and manage materials, proposals and presentations

Support the creation of presentations and assist in the development of reports

Coordinate and collaborate, as needed, with clients, sales, marketing, production, technology development, creative, editorial, legal, and product teams to support the clients’ businesses

Help to manage the approval and fulfillment process for sponsorships to ensure quality control and timely executions

Create and manage client/partnerships tracking documents for internal distribution/communication

Administrative responsibilities, including budget management, as needed

Qualifications/Requirements

Basic Qualifications

BA/BS or equivalent experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience (including internships) at an agency, media company, sales organization or similar organization

Willingness to travel and work overtime, and on weekends with short notice

Ability to develop strong relationships with management and marketing teams

Excellent writing skills including presentation development

Understanding of the creative development process

Familiarity with the development and execution of promotions

Strong interpersonal skills – with internal and external clients

Thorough knowledge of Microsoft office and presentation proficiencies
