Corporate is seeking hands-on CONTRACT Recruiters for our West Loop headquarters in

Chicago, IL. We want talent professionals who are

passionate about candidate experience, enjoy full-cycle recruitment and

collaborating with hiring managers across the organization!

Responsibilities

As part of our

growing talent attraction team you will work closely with our collaborative

talent team, as well as have the opportunity to work autonomously on your

projects. We work in a fast-paced

environment and we need recruiters who possess the ability to manage the

recruitment process and expectations. We welcome creativity to help build

”attention grabbing” job postings, interview strategies, and sourcing

options.

Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers in

developing recruitment strategies for current and future staffing needs

Implement sourcing strategy to include

a variety of methods of attracting top talent

Select and qualify candidates based

upon skill, cultural, and motivational fit, utilizing behavioral based approach

and screening criteria

Provide exceptional candidate care and

ensure that candidates are effectively pre-screened before inclusion into the

recruitment process

Maintain best practices throughout the

client interview process by providing interview and assessment skills coaching

and updates throughout the recruitment process

Build business relationships with key

Client Groups, candidates, and HR Business Partners

Research and recommend competitive compensation

packages in partnership with the hiring managers and HRBPs

Minimum Requirements

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human

Resources, Business Administration or related majors

At least 3-5 years of corporate

recruitment experience and preferably in combination within an agency

environment

You have

experience working with an Applicant Tracking System and strong knowledge of

technology (Boolean search logic, Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)

Must be able to thrive in an

independent contributor role working as a consultant to hiring managers

Ability to manage

a high volume of requisitions (big plus for technology experience)

Experience within a global

organization is desirable
