Confirmation Specialist for The Call Center

BILINGUAL CONFIRMATION SPECIALIST WANTED!!!

We take pride in designing a unique experience at each dental practice, and we are looking for special people who want to help support the dental practices in this mission.

Our Call Center Specialist’ work on the Sales, Confirmation, and Recare Team to ensure that the first interaction patients have is always magical. Our role in the Call Center is to reach out to potential patients to provide information about Smile Magic’s services, explain our treatment process, and gather all information needed for an appointment. Along with creating the appointment, we follow outlined processes to confirm appointments, and assist patients with reminder follow up.

Representatives:

  • Demonstrated success in negotiation, persuasion, and solutionsbased selling
  • Provide excellent phone skills: clear, articulate communication to accurately describe our services to patients and collect information
  • Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential patients to make an appointment

• Provide a superior customer service experience through the phone• Address patient concerns and questions with respect

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment; flexibility to handle multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism
  • Obtain customer information
  • Maintain customer/potential customer data bases
  • Complete accurate records of telephonic interactions, orders and accounts
  • Meet departmental goals for inbound/outbound calls
  • Convert leads into appointments
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Route calls to appropriate resource
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Complete call logs
Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Experience using CRM tools to track and manage the activity of the sales force
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications and call center systems
  • Excellent typing skills
  • Knowledge of sales principles and methods
  • Proven track record in sales
  • Fluency in English & Spanish
