Computer Desktop Technician

IT Network Solutions Group is looking for a self-motivated Computer Helpdesk / Desktop Technician to provide phone support, install and troubleshoot hardware/software systems at customer offices throughout the Sarasota/Manatee areas.

Experience in the following required:

* Analyzing desktops hardware, software, and operating systems

* Building machines from scripted images

* Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues

* Maintenance of good documentation

* Working with vendors for warranty issues

* Providing support in networked environments

* Collecting requests from customers onsite

Requirements:

* Ability to work an 8am- 5pm shift Monday- Friday and some after-hours and weekends if needed

* Must be able to pass 10 year criminal background check & drug screen

* Clean driving record and valid driver’s license required

* A+ Certification encouraged

* Physical requirements of position: able to lift up to 70 lbs.
