Payless Card Solutions (PCS) is a leading Program Manager in providing all types of customized, end-to-end prepaid debit card solutions to its clients. Started by industry experts, Payless Card Solutions brings the complete infrastructure of required resources to launch your prepaid card program(s).

Payless Card Solutions is seeking a Compliance Officer with Prepaid Debit Card and Banking experience. This is a Remote position which can lead and manage from your home office. This position will be responsible for making sure that the company is conducting its business in full compliance with all national and international laws and regulations that pertain to the banking industry, as well as professional standards, accepted business practices, and internal standards. The key principles of this job are to:

• Support Payless Card Solutions in helping the organization manage risk.
• Support Payless Card Solutions in maintaining a positive reputation and avoid legal issues.

Essential Duties include but are not limited to:

• Develop all Compliance Policies.
• Review Compliance Procedures.
• Must have knowledge of how an organization is managed, directed, and governed, including the relationships between stakeholders and the structure by which company objectives are set and followed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related industry field required: Master’s degree preferred;
• Minimum of 3 – 5 years experience in Banking Industry;
• Must have knowledge of Prepaid Debit Cards and Banking Compliance and standard business laws;
• Proven ability to work independently and lead multiple tasks efficiently and effectively;
• Must possess a high level of interpersonal and communication skills to accurately convey Payless Card Solutions information as described above;
• Must have an excellent command of professional presentation skills and be comfortable presenting to groups both large and small;
• Must be self-motivated and be able to work and lead effectively in a professional environment.
