Compensation Analyst

As a Compensation Analyst, you will be responsible to lead and support activities to develop, implement and administer compensation policies and programs at Micron Technology. This role will administer and support Micron’s base pay, variable pay and equity programs and will collaborate with peers, globally, to ensure seamless service to our customers.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Conduct Job Analysis & Maintain Job Inventories
  • Establish and Maintain Pay Ranges
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance
  • Consult, Educate and Manage Relationships with Customers
  • Monitor market trends and evaluate external competitiveness of company’s compensation programs
  • Produce and Analyze Compensation Reports
  • Maintain Compensation and Equity Data and Systems
  • Participate in Corporate Activities
  • Manage Total Compensation and Equity Programs
  • Manage Third Party Vendor Relationships
  • Develop and Contribute to Compensation Program and Policy Design

Successful candidates for this position will have:

2+ years experience in the HR, Finance or related field.

Experience with Microsoft Office, SAP and SuccessFactors.

Demonstrated ability to work within a team and collaborate across multiple departments and geographies.

Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills and an understanding of statistics and survey methodology.

Education

B.S. in Finance, Human Resources or a related field of study preferred.

C.C.P. or C.E.P. preferred.
