North American Breweries employs 1,100 team members in four breweries and six retail locations in New York, Vermont, California, Oregon and Washington. Our commercial team is headquartered in Buffalo, New York and employs field sales team members all over the United States. Our Supply Chain team is headquartered in Rochester, NY and comprises of three Breweries, one in Burlington, another one in Portland and the biggest one in Rochester NY.

At North American Breweries, we take great pride in the beers we produce and market and we firmly believe that our employees drive the success of our company. We strive to create and provide an environment that offers challenging, stimulating and financially rewarding opportunities. Our goal, simply put, is to use operational excellence as a strategic advantage to achieve success in the marketplace. This means “getting the right people on the bus” and enabling, empowering, and encouraging each to perform as effectively as possible.

North American Breweries started a new chapter in our history when Florida Ice & Farm Co (FIFCO) , a Costa Rica based producer of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, purchased the company from KPS Capital Partners in December 2012. FIFCO is a pioneer in the “Triple Bottom Line” philosophy of management that prioritizes profits, people and the planet. With a parent company in the alcoholic beverage industry, we are poised to make additional investments in manufacturing, people, product innovation, sales & marketing in order to further grow our business.
