Communications Specialist

Western StateBank is seeking a Communications Specialist to join our Marketing team at ourWest Fargo location. The core focus of Communications Specialist is: Coordinatingthe company’s intranet site, to include day-to-day oversight to ensureconsistently accurate, current, and relevant content delivery, and identifyingand developing ongoing initiatives to enhance the intranet’s role in increasingproductivity and engagement of team members Assistingwith designing and maintaining the website and other communication modes Assistingin the development and planning of company wide communications and events Advancingthe organization’s social media strategies to create a larger online presence

Thequalities of the ideal candidate are as follows: Bachelor’sdegree in communications, business, or related field Marketing-relatedinternship experience is preferred Designskills are welcomed but are not required
