Commissions Specialist

As a WealthVest Marketing employee, you will help us be the leading Independent Marketing Organization and third party marketing firm in traditional and Broker Dealer channels. Position Summary

This position is responsible for executing all phases of commission processing, working across departments and constantly training other departments to ensure commissions inputs are accurate, working with supervisor to develop and refine the commission processing program and using metrics to drive process improvements. Commissions Specialist will also document all processes and maintain the accuracy of commissions process documents. The position may have the opportunity to assist or lead special projects. Commission Specialists work closely with a team of people, including WealthVest’s Licensing & Contracting team, Onboarding team, New Business team, Internal and External Wholesalers, Accounting, IT and Marketing teams as well as carrier representatives.

  • High school diploma (or equivalency) required; college degree preferred
  • 2+ years of customer service, operations or equivalent experience required; 1+ years working with Annuities and/or Life Insurance background preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of PCs, Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) and above average typing skills
