Commercial Real Estate Appraisal Analyst

A commercial real estate appraisal firm is seeking an appraisal analyst. We are offering a rare opportunity to train in this industry from the ground level up. The desired candidate is someone who is analytical, well-written, and educated in finance, economics or a related discipline of study. This analyst may be on a career track to become a commercial appraiser within several years. The position begins as an entry-level part-time/hourly position and becomes full-time hourly/salary position based on performance.

Our analysts gain a strong understanding of the nuts and bolts of real estate by analyzing a wide range of properties including retail, industrial, multifamily and office. Our team consists of bright, analytical appraisers who are passionate about real estate and are committed to a high level of quality work.

Entry level analysts begin by providing research and administrative support to appraisers. Pay starts hourly, moves to salary, then to a fee split arrangement where your production determines your pay. This job is perfect for a student who is graduating or someone who is considering a career transition and is looking for excellent career growth opportunity.
