Collections Representative Reward:

Collections Representative Requirements:

• Success in consumer related Collections, Customer Retention, Default Prevention, Dispute Resolution, Rent-to-own, Cash Advance/Payday Loan, Title Loan, Retail Collections, Installment Loan Collections, Automotive Collections or a related area
• Experience working some early evening and Saturday hours
• Competencies necessary for the success of Collections Representative: customer focused, team player, detail oriented, negotiation skills, communication skills, problem solving skills, driven for results and time management

Collections Representative Responsibilities:

• Meet daily, weekly and monthly goals to allow for a performing portfolio and the credit advancement of our customers
• Utilize an extensive training program to learn the copmany’s cutting edge software, phone system, policies & procedures, culture and overall company operations
• Team with other company associates to ensure the success of the branch location
• Seek long term resolution with customers, educate & re-educate our customers on the importance of establishing or rebuilding their credit
• Perform customer budgets and interviews during the loan process

Hours For Collections Representative:

• 5 day work week schedule
• No Sundays
• 40 – 45 hour work week schedule
• Branch hours are: Monday – Friday 9am – 8pm, Saturday 9am – 5pm
• Ooccasionally work past branch closing time to assist with credit applications
• This position works most Saturdays with a day off taken during the week
