Critical Competencies for Success:

• 1-2 years of Customer Service, Call Center, Retail or Sales Experience
• Strong Communication, Listening and Interpersonal Skills
• Knowledge of Credit Card Processing and Transactions
• Negotiation Skills & Techniques
• Basic Computer Skills; MS Office Preferred
• Goal Oriented and seeks to achieve daily, weekly and monthly Production & Quality Goals for the Department

Responsibilities/Duties: Including but not limited to…

• Communicate with consumers via phone in regards to their delinquent debt that is due
• Offer outstanding customer service on every call
• Verify consumer information and updating pertinent information in software as acquired
• Perform skip tracing functions to locate consumers using identified resources
• Ensure all accounts are worked within the Client required work standards
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly performance expectations
• Perform various duties assigned or requested
• Follow all Federal, State and Local laws relating to debt collections

Compensation:

• Life Insurance is provided by RGS, coverage begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment
• Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance will begin on the first of the month following 60 days of employment
• Eligible for PTO after 6 months of employment
• Following 6 months of employment Collection Agents will receive 6 Paid Holidays
• New Year’s Day

• 4th of July
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Day

Schedule Requirements:

• Monday thru Thursday – 8am to 9pm CST
• Friday – 8am to 8pm CST
• Saturday – 8am to 6pm CST
• Sunday – 8am to 3pm CST

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $13.00 to $15.00 /hour
