We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced nurse to join us as the Clinical Quality Monitoring Lead, and be a key part of the Nursing and Quality Directorate in NHS Herts Valley CCG.

Supporting the Head of Quality Assurance this post will provide clinical quality assurance and support in relation to quality of care, patient safety and experience across a range of commissioned providers and services. The post holder will provide clinical leadership and experience within the team and with relevant stakeholders and partners across the local health system to assure the quality of care provided in settings and to contribute the quality perspective to specific commissioning initiatives. The successful candidate will contribute to the management of the serious incident process and the monitoring of provider services through a range of quality assurance methodologies.

This is an exciting opportunity to consolidate those clinical and quality monitoring skills in a role which has great potential for influencing and improving commissioned services for our patient population. Working closely with commissioners, the post holder will contribute to and support the dynamic and forward thinking programmes of our clinical strategy.
