Client Solutions Implementation Project & Business Process Manager

Overview

We are seeking an Implementation Project & Business Process Manager to manage the implementation of our products and services with new clients.

Project Manager

You will be responsible for the successful implementation of our solution suite with our large healthcare system clients. This will include but not be limited to the following activities:

Facilitate discussions with key client revenue cycle management and technical resource and iVinci implementation team members throughout the implementation.

Build a phased implementation plan that accounts for scope, timing of deliverables, and availability of client / VisitPay resources.

Deliver on the implementation plan through the management of VisitPay implementation resources and working with client designated resources.

Business Process Lead

You will serve as the functional and process subject matter expert during the implementation process. This will include but not be limited to the following activities:

Educate key client stakeholders about the functionality and business / data process of our solution suite and integration with their client systems.

Facilitate discussions with the client to understand their current business / data requirements, processes, and workflows.

Develop go forward joint business / data processes and workflows.

Work with the iVinci product resources to identify and develop a solution for gaps between current functionality of our solution suite and the client’s business requirements, current processes, and system capabilities.

Work with iVinci technical implementation resources to optimally configure the iVinci solution suite and client system interactions.

This is considered a business role. The ideal candidate should not only excel at building client trust and managing client expectations and projects but also have extensive experience in a business process function for ERP or large software implementations. Experience in health care or financial services industries are a plus.

Developing the optimal business process that considers business requirements and system and organizational capabilities, and timeframe.

Project management, including developing, communicating, and maintaining appropriate project plans that identify scope, required tasks, manage resource planning/allocation, and monitor progress.

Software product demonstration, and the development of product overview documents.

Ability to:
Work in a team environment and lead a high performing team.

Deal diplomatically with and earn the trust and respect of clients and team members.

Adapt, work in fast-paced, changing business environment, be flexible when needed and able to continue performing work responsibilities despite changing situations.

Understand how client applications work and how they can best integrate with iVinci’s products.

Analyze, solve problems, and make recommendations to clients, management, and technical specialists.

Education & Experience:
5+ years of ERP / software implementation experience in a business process or project lead role.

3+ years of client facing responsibility.

Healthcare or financial services industry experience a plus.

Bachelor’s degree

Additional Requirements

The successful candidate for this position will be required to complete HIPAA compliance training and submit to a background check. Willingness to work outside of normal business hours from time to time.
