Contact Center – Client Service Representative

About this job:

We are hiring a Client Service Representative for a premier client company in Marietta, GA. Our client company is a global leader in the commerce-enabling technology solutions serving companies in 118 countries around the world. The Client Service Representative will be the first point of contact for the business clients and play an important role in driving client satisfaction.

Pay Rate: $14.00/hr.

Shift: Monday – Friday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Training will be provided

Description:

• Make outbound calls to install software and perform a remote training session with a merchant on a Remote Deposit Capture device (check scanner).
• Handle inbound level 1 technical support calls and perform troubleshooting activities to address any potential issues with the devices.

Requirements :

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years of experience working in a call center environment is preferred
• 2 years of experience working in a banking or financial institution is preferred
• Strong PC skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer interface skills
• Must be able to favorably pass a background check and drug screen
