Job Description:
Havas Sports & Entertainment’s internship program is a paid, hands-on, educational, and inspirational experience in which a student gains real-world immersion into marketing and communications under the direct supervision of our company and internship program managers. It is designed to offer college students and recent graduates a real-life experience in brand campaign development and execution, content and experiential marketing, sport & entertainment marketing and partnership activation.

This specific internship position will focus on the gaming / eSports community, so relevant knowledge of the eSports industry and key industry trends is important for this position. This individual is responsible for supporting of the creation of engaging, scalable, and relevant consumer experiences with a focus on the gaming / eSports community.

This intern position is focus ed on working on our Gaming / e Sports team so must have passion or experience working on gaming opportunities. Sharing knowledge of the eSports industry, current and upcoming games, gaming platforms, rights holders and industry trends

Responsibilities:
Participate in company and client meetings, take notes, and send meeting recaps to campaign managers and senior leadership Help communicate any project updates to brand ambassadors and client partners to ensure that all are current on a project’s status Assist with the reporting details of a project: scoping, schedules, financial tracking, client meeting documentation, status reporting and other external communication, as well as all interna l correspondence and reporting Conduct program-planning research, which could include exploring poten tial event locations and dates Develop PowerPoint documents, Excel documents, Word documents, etc. for campaign manag ers and clients when necessary Ensure adherence to internal-external deadlines to complete overall process and determine creative problem solving to avoid missed deadl ines Organize and input statistical data and client re-cap doc uments after campaign execution

Interns are also critical resources in assisting the agency with the development of new business proposals.

Begin to learn about a client’s business/brand go als and competitive landscape Complete research that assist with the discovery portion of the new business process, which could include: campaign sponsorships, campaign partnerships, vendors, demographic research to help identify target audience (s), and other relevant statistical data Participate in internal brainstorm sessions to assist in the ideation process for innovative solutions and creative marketing campaign strategies for both current and potential clients
