Client Relationship Specialist

Summary:

Assist Client Relationship Managers in our Correspondent Banking and Mortgage Warehouse/Funding divisions with all aspects of account management.

Education and/or Experience:

• High School diploma required; four year College Degree Preferred
• Minimum 2 years of Customer Service experience specifically in Mortgage Banking or related work
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work location: Atlanta (Sandy Springs), GA – Only local candidates will be considered
• Provide intensive clerical, administrative and customer service support to Client Relationship Managers
• Collaborate and coordinate with other internal business partners
• Provide exceptional customer service to all Warehouse & Correspondent Banking clients
