Client Relationship Analyst

The Client Relationship Analyst focuses their efforts on a specified strategic client to ensure client satisfaction and future growth of that relationship. This role involves supporting the clients training and administrative needs, explaining technical information regarding fixed income securities, helping to communicate data reconciliation information, and also acting as a liaison between various Clearwater departments. In addition, a Client Relationship Analyst should be curious and ready to solve problems, such as researching data issues and finding ways to proactively add value to the team and to Clearwater.

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert on the Clearwater system
  • Manage client inquiries & requests for timely and accurate information
  • Run assigned projects & coordinate necessary resources
  • Collaborate between different internal teams to develop client solutions
  • Communicate with clients to research and resolve any requests and issues
  • Strengthen the client relationship

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Dynamic problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • An intense desire to learn something new and improve on a daily basis
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
  • Willingness to travel if/when potential opportunities arise

Desired Experience and Skills

  • Knowledge of GAAP, fixed income investments, and the financial markets
  • Professional or internship experience within the financial industry
  • Customer service or cold calling experience is ideal
  • SQL experience
