Client Relations Manager

Position Title: Client Relations Manager

Position Summary: Maintain and expand relationships with a defined set of institutional clients in the niche assets servicing industry. Act as the liaison between the company and the client, giving a “voice” to the customer within our company. Assess customer needs and provide excellent customer service. Responsible for the Client Relations function.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct client meetings to identify needs, provide counsel and resolve problems as a trusted advisor
• Review reports with a critical eye, to ensure quality prior to delivery to clients.
• Attend outreach events, conferences, and other networking opportunities
• Regular and proactive calls by phone and in person to provide exceptional client service
• Attend and host client meetings and or events
• Use consultative sales skills to expand customer relationships
• Coordinate business partners and subject matter experts to meet client goals
• Generate weekly reports of client relations activity
• Other duties as assigned. Required Education, Knowledge and Skills:

• BS/BA degree.
• 2+ years of verifiable client relations and or business development experience
• Real estate, finance or accounting experience
• Highly organized and motivated individual with a strong attention to detail
• Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
• Up to 25% travel
• Must be proficient in Microsoft applications
• Can handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be able to work well with others – both internal and external clients
• Proactive thinking with detail-oriented and creative problem solving approach
