Client Relations Manager

Growing firm looking for an experienced Client Relations Manager to work with clients. Will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients. Must be able to ‘think on your feet,’ have a high level of accuracy and attention to details, enjoy training others and being trained, be a collaborative partner within the organization, as well as be professional and diplomatic. Must have sense of humor and be able to “wear many hats.” Effective time management skills and ability to quickly shift priorities. Presentation and public speaking skills a MUST.

When Eliant, Inc. first opened our doors in 1984, market research using psychological principals was a young science. Our founder and CEO, Bob Mirman used his background as a clinical psychologist to develop and refine the most focused market research tools in the industry. Our clients range from some of the nation’s largest to small and custom home builders. Using our technology, research and training methods, our clients have been wildly successful at increasing their all-important ‘sales from referrals’ rates.

JOB SUMMARY

To service the day to day needs of the assigned clients and to build a working relationship based on mutual trust and satisfaction. This is a proactive relationship, not just reactive. The details of this work would include, but are not limited to, the following;

  • Support the clients’ needs of the day to day issues as they arise
  • Month end recaps for each builder, by division. High level of accuracy needed
  • Clients should receive a personal touch, outside of Month End Summaries, each month
  • Quarterly visits or online webinar meetings with client to review account status, show new ideas and discuss opportunities and successes
  • QUALIFICATIONS

    Ability to work well within a multi-cultural workforce. Must be professional, friendly and reliable. Demonstrate a high level of computer literacy and be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in written form. Great presentation skills a must, both in person and webinar setting. Ability to take control and own the room or meeting. Ideal candidate should be adaptive, willing to travel, perceptive and have an excellent sense of humor. Training and Building industry experience a big plus.

    Must handle novel and diverse work problems on a daily basis. Personal maturity is an important attribute. Must be able to resolve problems, handle conflict and make effective decisions under pressure. Must relate and interact with people at all levels in the company.

    JOB DUTIES

    Onboard new clients:

  • Work with sales team after contract
  • Responsible for on-boarding process of all new clients
  • Collect necessary information to get new clients onboarded in a timely manner, paying attention to details for each client
  • Update Salesforce system and internal documents to reflect new clients
  • Prepare marketing and presentation materials for each new client
  • Schedule/attend new client presentations – online and in-person
  • Train new client on TRANSPORT via webinars and phone calls
  • Existing Clients

  • Maintain relationship through proactive, personal contact to ensure client is maximizing their relationship with Eliant
  • Respond to all client requests within 24-hrs of request
  • Provide appropriate solutions that address customer’s individual needs
  • Manage report subscriptions for all clients, including regular subscription reviews and maintenance
  • Coordinate and maintain individual TRANSPORT username/passwords for all clients
  • Collect monthly reports from clients within the appropriate reporting window
  • Follow up with clients who have not submitted monthly reports
  • Conduct refresher and/or training webinars for individuals and groups
  • Additional Duties

  • Attend and participate in company meetings and events
  • Conduct educational webinars on Eliant products
  • Maintain Salesforce
  • Update/maintain client list/database
  • Write informational announcement content
  • Answer phones, emails, mail from clients and potential clients
  • Special projects as needed
  • Domestic travel as needed (20-25%) to industry events and client visits
  • Qualifications and Education

  • Self-motivated, able to work effectively with little to no supervision
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Comfortable presenting to small and large groups (must)
  • Bring an energetic and professional attitude with a high-level of integrity
  • Entrepreneurial nature, highly motivated and determined to succeed
  • Excellent computer skills, including Dropbox, GoToMeeting, MS Office products and Salesfore
  • Driven to provide superior customer service
  • Available on a full-time basis, Monday through Friday, on-site in Aliso Viejo, CA
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related preferred
  • Two years of account management / customer service experience required
  • Training experience highly desirable.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: $50,000 to $55,000
