Client Experience Specialist

OnPay’s Client Experience team is responsible for helping our clients identify solutions in a simple and transparent way. We fully understand that it is our client’s success that make us great. • Delivers superior experience to all OnPay clients
• Serves as an initial point of contact for all client inquiries
• Uses multiple means of communication with clients – phone, chat and email

Experience and Skills:

• Experience in a customer service role (strongly preferred)
• Some college experience (degree preferred)
• FPC/CPP (preferred)
• Xero and/or QuickBooks knowledge a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Basic computer skills, proficient typist
• Spanish speaking a plus
