Oakbrook-based Adapt Telephony Services, a highly successful North American reseller and systems integrator delivering and supporting omni-channel contact center communications, is adding to their Development team.

We have two Developer positions available, both focusing on developing, engineering and implementing custom software solutions.

Duties include working with the Sales team to scope and quote new development efforts for existing and prospective clients; partnering with the Client Services team to assess client business needs and create a design to meet those needs; and delivering custom applications to Adapt clients.

What we need:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science or Software Development
• 2+ years of Application development, software engineering, project management.
• Interaction Center Certified Engineer (ICCE)—desirable.
• Experience developing custom applications for CIC platform, as well as Cloud-based and/or Mobile applications.
• Experience building .net applications using C#.
• Experience with Voice XML, JavaScript or JSON.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT), Visio, MS Project, Visual Studio, Crystal Reports and SQL
• Strong analytical skills; self-motivated and results-oriented; able to manage multiple, complex projects and drive to completion on deadline; team player with a positive and collaborative attitude.
