Starting at $14 – $16 an hour with commission (depending on experience)

• Accuracy in collecting payments, scheduling appointments, insurance protocol and record keeping are vital to the success of this role while maintaining a friendly communication.
• Health care procedures require precision. Job entails completing tasks quickly and juggling multiple tasks at the same time while maintaining top quality personal service.
• Professional customer service and problem-solving skills are critical aspects of the role.
• Marketing/Social Media Skill to set up community events and expand online presence.
• Branding our clinic to be a cornerstone of health in West Oahu.

Job Responsibilities  

(training provided if no previous experience) per detailed instructions in the Office Procedure Manual:

-Receptionist with a clear phone voice

-Register, check-out, and schedule practice members

-Insurance Verification

-Billing follow-up-Computer data entry and posting of payments

-File Management

-Work as a team with staff and practice members

-Maintain strict confidentiality

-Promote Gonstead Chiropractic to our community with Marketing and Social Medial Skill

-Using Facebook, Video Marketing, Eventbrite, and other social media to increase the awareness of Gonstead Chiropractic and Health

-Set up community events to enhance community’s perception of health

Hours: Approximately 30-40 hours per week.

Salary: Starting at $14-$16 based on skills and experience with commission for Marketing/Social Media
