CFO

We are seeking a dynamic individual that will be responsible for all financial aspects of our production company. We need someone who can show expertise in the managing the financial duties, leading and coordinating in the various administrative, business planning, accounting and budgeting efforts of an organization. In addition to the duties listed below we are looking for:

Proven track record of several M & A’s in media, technology and/or entertainment.

Experience from managing investor relations.

Must have international C-level experience from managing finances at multiple offices around the world.

Must have experience in rapid growth markets, developing a small business into a large one.

Must have a well established network of large VC firms, banks, studios and network corporate strategy teams.

Duties:

• Analyses, coordinates and evaluates financial programs of company which includes areas like budgeting, tax planning, etc
• Approve and implement changes in financial and management information systems for the company
• In charge of the approval and processing of revenue, expenditure, salary updates, data entry etc
• Supervise the preparation of financial statements, financial reports, forecasts and information reports
• Strategise and implement finance, accounting, billing, and auditing methods
• Make and maintain internal control safeguards
• Work in cooperation with managers for planning initiatives through financial analyses, reports and recommendations
• Make sure that records systems are maintained keeping with auditing standards
• Study cost controls and other expenses to ensure profit and also identify weal areas that need to be worked upon

Education and Qualifications;

Masters degree in Finance.

Experience in Senior-level finance or accounting position in a company.

Salary: $120,000.00 to $200,000.00 /year
