Casper Administrator

Certified Casper Administrator with 3-5 years’ experience administering Macs in a Casper environment, building and deploying Mac software packages with Casper tools, imaging Mac computers with Casper tools, troubleshooting Mac Desktop Applications, experience with a ticketing system experience such as ServiceNow or Easy Vista, troubleshooting tiers 1, 2, and 3 with Mac products both in a remote setting and in the field, has a Casper certification (CCA), basic understanding of UNIX shell scripting, prior experience as an Apple Genius is a plus, Apple certification, such as ACSP, is a plus, responsible for remote troubleshooting as well as field tech support when necessary and must have great communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask.
