Cash Applications Specialist

Record incoming cash from customers. Responsible for all aspects applying cash, account reconciliation as well as various Finance administrative functions.

Responsibilities:

Upload of payments through JPM Lockbox

Apply all forms of payments (checks, wires, credit cards) on a daily basis

Resolve and solve payment discrepancies

Make adjustments to accounts as needed

Handle account reconciliation issues that arise

Process owner for Concur

Month end bank reconciliation

Education and Skillset:

HS Diploma or equivalent required

Accounting degree preferred

2 years of Account Receivable Experience preferred
