Care Coordination/Scheduling Manager

1. College graduate or some 2 years college equivalent experience in Care coordination and logistics, preferably in the healthcare field but not required.

2. Must have a valid driver’s license in the state of Florida

3. Must be creative, self motivated and have a pleasant and helpful disposition

4. Must possess effective written and verbal communication skill, problem solving skills, and be able to apply good judgment based on the principles of sound management;

5. Must believe in and live the mission of Home Helpers and Compassionate Home Care Partners;

6. Show enthusiasm about what Home Helpers Provides and have the ability to share that with the community;

7. Excellent communication and organizational skills are required;

8. Good customer service and phone skills are essential;

9. Ability to comfortably meet new people and maintain contacts

10. Ability to coordinate caregiver schedules and ensuring they report to their assigned schedules is essential;

11. Ability to work and report directly to the president and operations Director;

12. Aptitude in interviewing, on-boarding and terminating non-compliant caregivers;

13. Good computer skills, proficient in Microsoft office and maintain agency database;

14. Be able to uphold agency code of ethics which includes honesty and integrity;

Responsibilities:

1. Scheduling caregiver and introducing caregivers to clients

2. Attend weekly administrative meetings;

3. Meet with new and current clients

4. Meet with referral sources

5. Attend and participate in community healthcare functions

6. Create and present Power Point presentations;

7. Keep referral sources updated with company information

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $400.00 – $500.00 per week
