Call Center Specialist

DDP Leads, Inc. is a new Call Center based in Palm Beach County, Florida. DDP Leads, Inc. is seeking 2 experienced ‘Call Center Specialists’ with previous sales experience. These are full-time employed telecommute positions (40 hours per week) working from your professional home office environment, with monthly on-site team meetings in Palm Beach County.

The following schedules available:

– Shift 1 – Tuesday to Saturday 12:00pm to 9:00pm

– Shift 2 – Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm

The ‘Call Center Specialist’ position is for a talented individual to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years Sales experience with quotas, preferably in financial services for a bank or insurance company. Be able to help our customers to the right product and begin the paperwork online. Have experience with virtual based call centers. This position does NOT involve cold calling.

The position offers:

– $14 per hour

– Monthly Sale Based Commission

– Benefits may apply (after 60 days)

Requirements :

– Financial services sales experience

– Proven experience meeting sales quota (minimum 2 years)

– Demonstrate excellent phone and verbal communication skills

– Past experience with heavy inbound and outbound calls (no cold calling required)

– A highly professional approach and appearance

– MUST speak CLEARLY and have a pleasant phone manner

– A demonstrated dedication to ethical sales practices

– The ability to instantly build rapport with clients

– Being organized, self-disciplined and a quick learner

– Must be able to work a flexible schedule

– Proficient in Excel and Work

Home Office Requirements :

– Desktop or Laptop (preferably Mac)

– Additional Screen/Monitor

– Printer/Fax Machine

– Battery Back Up

– Dedicated Landline or VOIP phone (no cell phone)

You will be working within a team environment of people who are very passionate about their quality, and standard of work. You must be able to pass a drug screening and background check.
