The Call Center Specialist will develop member account relationships and resolve/process account inquiries and transactions by assisting members via telephone and e-mail following credit union policies and procedures.

Position/Skills Requirements

Positive Attitude. Excellent member service skills. Sales and service oriented. Ability to handle high call volumes. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Attention to detail and quality- oriented. Must have good computer skills. Must be able to multitask and prioritize requests. Flexible and adaptable. Exceptional conversational and problem solving skills. Ability to work flexible hours. Banking experience preferred.
