Call Center Representative

TITLE: Call Center Representative

POSITION SUMMARY: Call Center by determining requirements; answering inquiries; resolving problems; fulfilling requests; maintaining database.

JOB DUTIES:

Promptly and professionally answer incoing calls for multiple practices

Schedule patient appointments in appropriate and timely manner in order to maintain full daily schedule and meet production goals.

Concentrate on current day first, next day second, i.e an opening in current day schedule takes priority.

Monitor/ track Broken Appointments (Bas)

Notify clinical staff of change in schedule as soon as it occurs

Collect and maintain current information regarding insurance fee schedule in computer

Return phone messages

Answer patient questions regarding practice locations, office policies, etc.

Perform all other duties as requested by Department Manager or Dentist.

REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma

Office experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Dental software experience

Physical Job Requirements:

Must be physically able to operate a variety of automated office machines such as calculator, typewriter, computer, printer, facsimile, telephone, copier, etc. Must be able to stand, bend and stoop as needed. Must be able to lift and/or carry weights of twenty to fifty pounds.
