Call Center Representative (Inbound) GA

*Part Time and Full Time available

· Respond to inbound telephone calls.

· Provide customer service to callers – answer questions, relay messages to clients.

· Take orders for client products and services following scripts.

· Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues

· This is not a temporary position

Qualifications Needed:

· Must have reliable transportation

· Must be flexible to work all shifts- Holidays, weekends, evenings are required

· Clear speaking voice and pleasant demeanor on the phone

· Strong customer service skills

· Multi-tasking is a must

· Computer literate

· Previous Call Center and/or customer service experience preferred

· High school graduate (or GED)

Wages and Benefits:

· Starting wages are $11-13 per hour
