Position : Call Center Representative

Qualifications:

General : Strong communication skills – verbal and written. Ability to pay attention to detail.

Education : Call Center Representatives should have completed all levels of

elementary education, which includes a High School Diploma.

Experience : Call Center Representatives must have at least 1 to 2 years Customer Service

Experience, including telephone.

Physical

Requirements : Ability to hear adequately, to communicate either in person or by telephone;

clear speech, utilize proper grammar, vision sufficient to read all size of type,

print and handwritten materials. Ability to sit for periods of time. Ability to

utilize two hands. Ability to take direction. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Equipment

Utilized : Telephone, Computer, Designated Software(s), Basic office software (Word,

Excel), Printer, Calculator, Facsimile Machine.

Essential

Functions :

Answer phones according to company’s designated protocol
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
Accurately verify all relevant patient information prior to prescription processing
Provide Customer Service utilizing HIPAA protocol
Ability to follow specific workflow procedures
Ability to utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously
Maintain proper documentation and pharmaceutical records
Self-motivated – able to work independently, while promoting a positive team environment
Participate in continuing education programs as required
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Weekdays – 11AM to 7PM, Saturdays – 8:30AM – 5PM
