Call Center Representative

Job Description:

-As a Call Center Representative you will be responsible for outbound phone calls, obtaining donor commitments, verifying donor information, providing donation options, and providing outstanding customer service.

-Will carry on three phone conversations at once, using three separate headsets and three separate keyboards simultaneously.

-Develop and maintain new and existing donor relationships

-Follows specified call handling processes to ensure all quality standards are met

-Meet all productivity and performance standards.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have the following characteristics:

-High school diploma or GED

-Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment

-Detail oriented and able to react to change productively

-Must be driven and motivated for success

-Strong ability to multi-task and willingness to learn

Hours are Monday – Friday 4:00 pm to 12:00 am
