Arrowhead Credit Union’s Call Center. That’s exactly what we do, and we are pretty darn good at it.

130,000 members. It is challenging, fast-paced, full of energy, and the best place to learn about financial services. We don’t require any banking or call center experience, and we have an extensive training program (10 weeks long) where you are paid to learn
about us and what we do for our members.

There are only three requirements for a Call Center Representative position:

1. Applicants must have a minimum of one year of demonstrated extraordinary customer service experience (be ready – we are going to want you to tell us all about it);

2. Applicants must be at least 18 years old; and

3. Applicants must have a high school diploma or its equivalent.

Center Representative pay starts at $14.86 per hour, and the opportunity to grow and advance is unlimited.
