PRIMARY PURPOSE

Supervises the daily operations of the Support Services Call Center, ensuring appropriate customer service and work flow are maintained and improved as necessary.

MINIMUM SPECIFICATIONS

Education/Experience:

• Must have five years of customer service experience to include three years of supervisory experience.

Equivalent Education and/or Experience:

• May have an equivalent combination of education and/or experience in lieu of specific education and/or experience as stated above.

Certification/Registration/Licensure:

• None.

Skills or Special Abilities:

• Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have good organizational skills.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel.
• Must have a working knowledge of hospital policies, procedures, laws and guidelines.
• Must be computer literate, with word processing and spreadsheet software experience.
• Must have strong tact and diplomacy skills.
