CAD Drafter – AVEVA and CadWorx

Ready to work on diverse Industrial projects? Do you have a few years of drafting experience and looking for that next step in your career? Would you enjoy being mentored by Sr. Designers and Engineers, to ensure a coordinated design for pipelines and related projects? Due to growth in our pipeline projects we are adding CAD Drafter/Technician to our team, to support projects in the Galleria area Houston, Texas office.

Pipeline alignment designers and technicians will work on a variety of projects including oil, natural gas, industrial gases, petrochemical and water/waste water projects Our drafters work under the direction of a Senior Pipeline Alignment Draftsman and perform the following functions:

Requirements:

• 2-year technical degree or certificate of completion from an accredited designer/drafter course (or equivalent) is preferred
• Experience using Civil 3D
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Alignment Sheets
• Requirements include strong PC and CAD skills, as well as efficiency in utilizing computer software to complete design assignments.
• Property Plats and Easement drawings
• Permit drawing preparation
• 2 positions will require both CadWorx and AVEVA experience
• 2 positions will require only CadWorx experience
