Business Systems Analyst Professional


TITLE: Business Systems Analyst Professional
DUTIES: Accountable for successful end to end delivery of HCM projects. Partner with HR, IT and other business units to understand, prioritize and translate systems and business needs into technical specifications. Provide daily support to Workday and Oracle HCM applications. Responsible for Workday upgrades and scheduled maintenance follow-ups. Work on security configurations, Business Process Configurations, Mass Data Updates, Integrations Management and Configuration. Write XSLT programs and work on Workday Studio. Write Oracle PL/SQL Programs and provide extensive support to Oracle HCM Applications including Oracle Time & Labor. Work on OTL Time Cards and Calendars, its configurations and integrations. Ensure that all system and process impacts are identified and transitioned to Change Management, Training and Knowledgebase teams in timely manner. Lead estimation work for functional and technical resource requirements and identify required skill sets. Deliver and approve functional and technical designs. Oversee technical development work and provide support to Workday and Oracle. Create accurate and complete test plans and lead testing activities. Identify and resolve issues and mitigating risks. Change Requests Management for HCM applications.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent* in a hard science academic field of study, and 5 years of progressive business analysis experience including hands on experience with HR enterprise applications and technology projects. Experience to include the following: 1 year Workday systems experience including supporting implementation of modules; experience in HCM applications including Workday HCM Applications, Oracle ERP, Integrations, Reporting, Security, and Business Process Management; experience in Workday Core Connectors, EIB, Calculated fields,Web Services,Workday Studio; experience in Oracle R12 table structure and Oracle SQL; and experience in OTL applications and its integrations.
*Consider completion of three years of academic studies leading to a Bachelor of Science Degree from an accredited institution of higher education in the United States plus at least three years of professional training and work experience in management information systems to be equivalent.
