Job Summary and Duties:

• Review and classify business requests for accounts, problems and changes in an Oracle ERP/CRM environment.
• Approve access based on internal controls and compliance requirements.
• Troubleshoot reported issues.
• Identify the root cause, research potential solutions and facilitate application patching, configuration changes, training and/or code fixes required to resolve the problem.
• Test fixes and perform post-resolution follow-ups to ensure problems have been adequately resolved.
• Communicate problem status to key stakeholders, including management, development teams and end users.
• Document and update trouble-shooting instructions for service desk support.
• Evaluate requests for ad-hoc and project driven changes.
• Work with stakeholders and project teams to prioritize change requests and project requirements.
• Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility and conformity to standards.
• Document requirements and impacts, propose solutions, write specifications, design and conduct functional testing, log and respond to defects and facilitate user acceptance and implementation.
• Document, maintain and approve changes to system configuration.
• Review and recommend proactive patching or upgrade activities.
• Identify, analyze and address data quality issues.
• Monitor access, usage, capacity and performance and suggest changes to insure application sustainability and security.
• Schedule and monitor recurring jobs, reports and interfaces.
• Support recurring business events including financial close, physical inventory and audits.
• Requires Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience.
• Salary Range: $131,000 – $153,200/year.
