• Ability to study business functions, gather information, evaluate requirements and objectives.
• Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements.
• Worked closely with manager to analyze & understand Business requirements; gathered User, Functional and Non-Functional requirements & translated the requirements into User Stories for Scrum process
• Participate in Scrum meetings with development team to review requirements.
• In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies, technical understanding of products, and up-to-date on industry standards and best practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to build strong interpersonal relationships with UI/UX team, leadership, senior management, and internal and external stakeholders
• Consolidate data into user stories and necessary product requirements
• Establish initiatives and align with cross-functional goals
• Must be solution-oriented, proactive, and creative to move the business forward
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to adapt to a very fluid environment, accept challenges, and work proactively on initiatives
• Experience of Pharmacy and Retail domain

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 /year
