Business Service Representative, Adjustment and Payment Poster – Oklahoma Heart Institute

From comprehensive diagnostics to open heart surgery and cardiac rehabilitation, Oklahoma Heart Institute combines recognized cardiovascular physicians with the region’s most advanced technology.

Qualified candidate will be responsible for the following:
Accurately posts adjustments turned in by Account Reps. ensuring that they are completed each week and notifying Supervisor of any inaccuracies or backlog weekly.

Enters adjustment code in system for refunds and forwards copies to HMC for processing.

Accurately attaches primary/secondary EOB’s for claim submission and notifies supervisor of backlog.

Works business office projects as assigned.

Checks adjustments after posting the ensure accuracy.

Releases claims daily for production.

Prioritizes workload by volume and keeps supervisor informed.

Tracks daily claim totals by entering on EDI log.

Reviews and corrects claim errors for charges entered daily.

Posts adjustments from monthly reports for write offs as needed.

Posts refunds in the billing system and balances at end of day.

Position will be located at 9228 S. Mingo Road.
