Business Program Analyst

Radiance is currently seeking a Business Program Analyst to provide business management and analysis skills to High Energy Laser programs supporting the US Army Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO). The candidate must be a self-starter, able to work at an increased pace, and willing to provide direct on-site support to the customer’s business management office.


Responsibilities

  • Provide program management support services in the areas of Integrate Master Scheduling, Earned Value Management, and Contract Management/Analysis for a project office with multiple products.
  • Assist Senior IMS / EVMS analysts in daily tasks and meetings. Duties include analysis of data, updating project files (MS Project & Milestones Professional), and reviewing prime vendor EVM data.
  • Assists Senior Program Analysts in monitoring contract (prime and SETA) status to include ceiling limits, period of performance and funding requirements. Must be able to prepare and report analysis using the Microsoft Office Suite of tools.
  • Performs research and analysis tasks to obtain a variety of cost, schedule, performance, contract data; monitors project progress and analyzes reported data to provide leadership meaningful analysis and recommendations regarding project status.
  • Recommends procedures for preparing, documenting, validating, and presenting resource requirements to higher authority.
  • Conducts or participates in Contract Integrated Product Teams (IPT), monthly Program Management Reviews (PMRs), Financial / Metric Meetings, etc.
  • Provides support and advice on program status and funding requirements due to changes in program plans.
  • Provides support to Senior Analysts in the preparation and timely submission of taskers from internal inquiries, higher Headquarters and other government agencies

  • Active DoD Secret Security Clearance
  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Effective written and oral communication
  • Required Skills

  • Ability to manage diverse workloads of complex and priority projects without supervision
  • Possess strong listening, written and oral communication skills
  • Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance
  • Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5 Years relevant experience in program or business management
  • Experienced in interfacing directly with government representatives
