Responsibilities
This opportunity will play a critical role in managing and improving our organizational structure and developing the organization of the future. The Workforce planning team maintains the positions in the bank and supports team-based projects to understand our needs today and in the future as we continuously evolve our systems and processes.

The successful Business Process Analyst, has a continuous desire to learn new things, has the ability to learn quickly, is not afraid to ask questions, and can see how processes work. Additionally, they will have good attention to detail to ensure daily operational tasks are accurately entered and should be comfortable with change. The typical work includes supporting all areas of the bank by ensuring their structure and positions are accurately reflected in our HR systems, developing and maintaining reports to ensure management understands the current situation of the bank, working on projects to build staffing models that help management understand the key drivers of work, and helping to design the structure of the future by supporting planning projects that allow us to understand how the changing world impacts us.

Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or Math
Must possess advanced skills in multiple software applications to include Excel, Powerpoint, Access
Other statistical software knowledge is preferred, examples are: R, SAS, etc.
