Summary:

Under general supervision participates in the end-to-end analysis of business processes and workflows across the entire organization with a focus on continuous improvement and increased automation. Works independently or as a member of a functional and technical team to reconcile current process issues and recommend process enhancements to meet business needs. Assists in the development of metrics and reporting tools to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes.

Experience and working knowledge of the following will be considered a plus:

• Demonstrated understanding of business operations, requirements processes, and business modeling concepts
• Experience with business process modeling tools
• Participation in business process reengineering projects based on Lean Six Sigma methodologies
• Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office products
• Participation in a SAP implementation project
• Functional knowledge of SAP modules

Minimum Requirements:

Associate level:

• Four Year College Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with process mapping and business process reengineering preferred.
• Working knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Salary: $51,040 – $71,456
Mid-level:

Four Year College Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum three years of process mapping and business process reengineering.
Green/Black Belt Six Sigma and lean certification preferred.

Salary: $60,870 – $91,306
Senior level:

Four Year College Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum six years of process mapping and business process reengineering experience.
Black Belt Six Sigma certification required.

Salary: $70,343 – $105,515
