View, Inc. is looking for a Business Operations Analyst who will be responsible for conducting extensive, accurate analyses on the organization’s existing business operations. This includes focus on data collection and centralization, building statistical models and algorithms, and packaging comprehensive insights to drive commercial and operations decisions.

ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES


This position will be responsible for driving the enterprise predictive analytics and machine-learning practice. This individual will establish and pull together data sets to build scalable data sources which can be leveraged to build processes such as: predict and score opportunities based on win probability, accurately produce production forecast schedules, and streamline demand forecasting. Responsibilities also include general data analytics support cross-functionally – working with sales & marketing, customer success, IT, and factory operations. Successful candidates will be exposed to project management and play a role in establishing and managing business processes, end-to-end.


DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 2+ years of experience or Masters level graduate education
• Minimum BA/BS from an accredited four-year university; STEM background
• A highly successful academic track record in math or statistics
• General understanding in cluster analysis and Machine Learning
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with varied statistics-based languages and packages: SQL, R, SAS, SPSS, JMP, Stata
• Beneficial to have had exposure to CRM (Salesforce.com) and ERP (Oracle) systems
• Professional business acumen
