Job Description

Business Analyst opportunity for a proven professional who’ll be working in healthcare revenue cycle servicing Payers, Providers and their intermediaries for EDI transaction solutions. Qualified candidates will have experience analyzing and documenting technical
and business problems, implementing solutions and managing projects for both small and large client accounts as well as demonstrated organization skills with the ability to prioritize and manage change. Candidate will possess technical and data analytical
skills to manage environment connectivity between entities and resolve production issues. Candidate will learn proprietary tools to provide business and technical support for customers as well as internal support and IT teams. Candidate will take ownership
of all customer interactions and utilize appropriate timely follow-through.

Job Requirements

• Associate Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

• 3+ years of professional experience in a technical and analytical, preferably healthcare, role

Critical Skills

• Excellent oral and written skills in order to effectively communicate with customers and internal staff

• Strong technical writing ability and research skills

• Apply individual discretion to ensure outcomes of customer satisfaction Experience with the following is desired

• Understanding of the healthcare industry and information exchange between providers, clearinghouses or payers

• Experience with EDI formats such as X12 (healthcare preferred), XML, CSV, proprietary text, etc

• Experience with EDI file transfer protocols and data encryption, HTTP, FTP, SFTP, PGP
