Business Analyst, ERP

The Business Analyst will serve as the owner of our Netsuite ERP implementation and integration with our other business systems. We are rolling out Netsuite across a newly acquired retail business of 950+ locations, and are looking for someone to bring expertise in regard to an implementation of this scale. They will act as subject matter expert and as a business process specialist, able to provide expertise on Netsuite customizations that are uniquely applicable to the scale of our business. This person will devise and consider multiple creative and innovative solutions for our ERP systems and process improvements to support the company’s growth and shared-services model across multiple portfolio companies as well.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Information Services
• 5+ years of Business Analysis or Technical Project Management experience
• Experience leading implementations involving multiple Netsuite ERP modules
• Experience implementing Netsuite in a global environment (multiple locations across multiple countries)
• Strong understanding of Netsuite integrations (data warehouse, BI tools, expense tracking, etc.)
• Experience with user training and post go-live support
• Experience in an agile and collaborative environment
• Extensive understanding of software requirements and design process documentation
• Netsuite certification is a plus
• SQL, HTML skills are a plus
