As a Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Requirements:

Business analysts serve as a critical link between end users and the implementation team. Therefore, it is important to find resources with the following skill set:

Knowledge of the financial services industry

Experience defining business requirements (e.g. process maps, use cases, etc.) for a software project

Understanding the Agile development process.

Comfort working with technology

Ability to solve complex problems analytically

Ability to do research and work with subject matter experts where necessary

Strong communication skills

Responsibilities:

Business analysts typically complete the following responsibilities:

Lead requirements gathering sessions

Create high-level process flows

Document business rules, configuration requirements, data mappings, type list values, and layouts for forms and letters
