Camelot Global Services North America (CGSNA) in downtown Chicago, IL is currently expanding and requires a Business Analyst to help deliver project deliverables and the next generation of solutions.

About our Team

We perform the analysis and logical design for CGSNA programs of work for all of our customers. That means engaging with our stakeholders, understanding their environment and business needs and working with our various teams to delivery first-class solutions.

We work on a broad variety of exciting and challenging projects including large transition programs, product implementations, new channel developments, new game launches and a variety of consultancy assignments. Our team specialize in gaming and technology solutions and are Camelot’s front-line for its customers. As our customer base grows and our products mature we are expanding our team and are looking for new team members that can compliment our team with new ideas and techniques.

About the role

We have an opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic Business Analyst to join our growing Camelot Global Services North America (CGSNA) team in downtown Chicago, IL. This is a key role working on operational and technology related projects in this exciting growing business area. You will be working in a fast paced, collaborative environment developing performing the business analysis requirements for CGSNA activities. As part of the team, you will also identify business opportunities and product features for CGSNA products to deliver feature rich solutions.

This role is responsible for managing, monitoring and measuring project and program performance, governance and control processes for projects.

Provide a comprehensive view of performance indicators through analysis, forecasting and feedback on existing and new business initiatives across Camelot.

Assist the development and maintenance of consistent project management practices, processes, standards and project and program controls and governance across projects.

Provide support to the Project/Program Delivery team to enable the delivery of projects to time, budget, and quality objectives.

Assist CGSNA team with budget control and forecasting.

Maintain, control and ensure project and program documentation follow established processes and procedures.

Coordinate consistent practices and standards adhering to the program governance and controls to ensure they meet Camelot best practice guidelines

Requirements

Required:
Bachelor’s Degree.

2 plus years of business analysis related experience.

1 plus year experience in a business consultancy or equivalent role.

Experience of working on multiple varied projects and delivering on required timelines.

Preferred:
MBA or equivalent advance degree.

International work experience.

Awareness and understanding of commercial bid and tendering processes.

Analyze products, suppliers and competitors and advise on which actions to take.

Experience with assisting the budgets and forecast processes.

Strong interpersonal skills (verbal & written) in order to interact with multiple internal and external professionals.

Experience within the Google Suite of products.
