Business Analyst

Ability to lead business workshops to identify and develop required use cases, functional requirements, and technical requirements.

Create detailed user stories which can be independently developed and tested.

Provide Hybris Commerce business and design expertise in identifying, evaluating, and documenting system requirements and procedures that are cost effective and meet business objectives and user needs.

Have expertise in effectively identifying the standard OOTB features and areas that requires custom development.

Ensure quality and relevance of user requirements, functional specifications, technical specifications, data models, and process flow diagrams to control engagement scope, sustain high delivery quality and ultimately deliver the project successfully. Collaborate with project manager and SAP solution architect to develop project delivery plan, applying knowledge of the requirements and past project delivery experience to help identify risks and prioritize tasks.

Provide expertise on the functional use of SAP Hybris Commerce, it’s various administrative cockpits and the SAP Hybris Accelerators.

Lead client discussions mapping business requirements to the SAP Hybris platform. Provide consultation to client stakeholders and business users in Omni-channel specific business topics, including product catalogue modelling, inventory management, pricing strategy, shipping & freight, taxes, international commerce, customer service.

Applies advanced functional and technical principles, theories, and concepts related to requirements, data, usability and processes analysis.

Direct the configuration and maintenance of project team collaboration space and issue/task management system ( Confluence, JIRA, etc.)

Understand SAP Hybris data structures, facilitate discussions about data models and leverage expertise and past experience to anticipate business implications of data modelling decisions and make necessary compromises.

Act as a bridge between the client, technical and creative teams; facilitating internal, technical and client design reviews; and ensuring that delivered application remains true to the creative design.

Experience in integrating SAP Hybris with ECC and 3rd party application integrations would be a plus.

Travel to client customer sites is required
