Business Analyst

Responsibilities: ·

Lead major/complex cross-divisional and enterprise-wide projects ·

Provide project leadership from the idea phase through completion, coordination and implementation of projects ·

Provide project level direction of technology design ·

Coordinate and document business requirements and implement necessary modifications based on operational needs ·

Align resources, determine solutions and process improvements and lead enterprise operational teams to achieve goals and objectives ·

Effectively manage project budget ·

Interface with senior management across the enterprise to determine plans of action for the resolution of issues and adoption of new processes, policies and procedures ·

Assume project accountability and ensure appropriate deliverables are met ·

Ensure the needs of internal customers are met
